Spell Jordan is a twenty-six-year-old Washington, DC transplant, originally from Philadelphia, PA. Spell Jordan took the music industry by storm with a series of singles and albums, notably Models with Lil Xan and FIGHT! with Wavy Jone$ in 2018. His music often falls into the subgenres of emo rap, drill, lo-fi, trap metal, trap, and phonk. On July 24, 2020, Spell Jordan released his latest full-length project, Underworld. After more than 4,000,000 streams and two national tours during 2022, Spell Jordan has created and built a unique and dedicated following.
Spell Jordan has had an incredible year, exploding in growth from only 10,000 monthly listeners to more than 100,000 monthly listeners in the past nine months. This has been thanks to the growing buzz around his single FIGHT! with Canadian rapper Wavy Jone$. Despite it being almost four years old, the song is getting more and more streams each month, hitting over 200,000 each month. Spell Jordan’s success has not just been digital. He has been on two headlining tours this year, the first was a solo tour in DC, Chicago, and Atlanta, that featured support from artists like 909Memphis, Nigo Chanel, Act Natural, Ehzer, and many others. Ending in September, Spell Jordan’s second tour was a joint effort with Act Natural, performing three times together over the summer in DC and Boston, with support from Jackie Platinum, Hayden Margo, and more.
