Only Here is the ninth track on Chip Pirrs’s 2022 album, A.S.M.R., and yet another fan favorite. This track has broken 14,000 streams on the platform already. This is another track that features Chip’s vocals, and the resounding reply from fans is that he needs to keep doing that.
