Samantha Marie Is Aphrodite

There’s just something special about Samantha Marie. Since October 2022, Samantha Marie has been consistently releasing emotional, introspective indie pop music. In August 2023, she released her debut album, Summers, with singles such as Strawberry Sensation taking off to over 1,000,000 streams on Spotify. She went on to release the deluxe edition of the project in September of that year, further amplifying the reach of the album. On 5th song of the album, Blue, Samantha was joined by Rebecca Mallen. On May 17, 2024, Samantha and Rebecca released their next collaborative single, aphrodite. 

“I could be your aphrodite, hold on to me like something shiny, I can hide and you can find me,” Samantha Marie sings on the hook of the aptly titled single. The two effortlessly create a hit song that fans of bedroom pop, indie pop, and artists like Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and other talented singer-songwriters will absolutely love. The track is about finding love, losing it, and trying to get it back. Something everyone can relate to at some stage in their life, whether with a person, a passion, or something else entirely.

Samantha Marie is not someone you want to miss out on. It’s entirely likely that she will be topping the charts very soon.
