Hey! Introduce yourself. Where are you from?

My name is the Real J Israel. I was born in St. Louis but moved to Atlanta as a child. I’ve been with the “A” since I was two years old.

When did you start making music?

My writing career began at 18 but, I have been recording continuously for the past three years.

Who inspired you to start making music?

I grew up singing in church and my father plays several instruments. Singing has always been a passion of mine. When I was five, I started leading church choir songs.

How would you describe your music style?

A perfect blend of today’s R&B and 90s R&B.

Who are you listening to now?

When it comes to hip-hop albums, I usually check out the latest releases.

What’s your best project or single so far?

I am proud of all of my music babies–you know how we artists are about our music.

Any upcoming releases from you to look out for?

I’m getting ready to release my 3rd album of the year, “I Love The Vibes” at the end of September.

Have any shoutouts?

Let’s celebrate life, time, and chances.
