The Shape Teases New Single Party for the End of the World
Connecticut-based hard rock and metal band The Shape is announcing that their upcoming single Party for the End of the World, off their upcoming album The Age of Doom and Fear, is releasing on September 24th.
The Age of Doom and Fear is an emphatic musical analysis and statement of life as it is currently and the paths of horror and hope that may follow our choices. The Shape looks forward to mesmerizing live audiences again in 2021 with a brand new selection of sound and vision.
The band has released 4 songs this year leading up to their album on October 29th, Doctor Plague, The Parasomniac, Invisibles Wolves, and Cities of Ghosts. The latter two songs received music videos that received more than 12,000 views combined. Cities of Ghosts is the band’s most recently track and was released on August 24th. The music video is unlike any other by the band and a must-watch for hard rock and metal fans.
As the band gears up for their October album release, they’ll be touching stages in the Connecticut area to share the project before the rest of the world hears it. The Shape will be at Warcockapalooza 2021 on October 2nd and will be hosting the Connecticut Early Album Release Party for The Age of Doom and Fear at The Cellar on Treadwell on October 15th.
