An Interview with Wulfpire
We had the opportunity to sit down with recording artist Wulfpire to discuss his alternative, synthwave, and rock and roll influences, Al Green inspirations, and much more.
Hey! Introduce yourself. Where are you from?
I’m originally from Memphis, Tennessee but I grew up in Santa Maria, California, and I currently live in Lawton, Oklahoma.
When did you start making music?
I started recording music in 2000.
Who inspired you to start making music?
My cousin Tony Wall, and Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson, and Al Green.
How would you describe your music style?
Alternative R&B, Synthwave, Industrial, and Rock and Roll.
Who are you listening to now?
Sam Cooke, Al Green, ACDC, James Brown, Bobby Womack, Karen Dalton, Anita Baker Prince.
What’s your best project or single so far?
My best projects are my current two projects, Violent Passions, and The Darkness Within, my newest project.
