PiKe BLVD is a Wilmington, DE based recording artist who has grown to acclaim over the past 4 months due to the success of his recent single, Not Average. Not Average hit SoundCloud earlier this year with solid response. The underground emcee delivers impressive lyricism over a mesmerizing instrumental. PiKe BLVD uses the track to discuss violence in his community, drug abuse, and more raw topics.

This track shows, above anything, that PiKe BLVD is far from an average emcee. Not Average is produced by Ric and Thadeus, and is the debut single off PiKe BLVD’s upcoming extended play, titled “From the Studio to the Stage”.
