Jim Rezac Remasters Collaboration with ChurchKey Saints

Jim Rezac, a songwriter from Delaware, and his band ChurchKey Saints have released a remastered version of their collaborative single, Tryin 2 Be An Angel. The single showcases Rezac’s emotive lyrics and the band’s dynamic sound, and is now available on all major streaming platforms. Tryin 2 Be An Angel (re-master) was released on February 9, 2023.

Jim Rezac has played guitar all his life, but only discovered his passion for songwriting 12 years ago. Since then, he has performed his original music in venues such as The Bitter End in NYC, Avalon Theater in Easton, MD, and Wilmington Grand Opera House in Delaware. Recently, Rezac won Best Theme Song for a Podcast at the NJ Webfest, an international competition. 

His original work, the Theme Song for Muckey Landing, was up against songs from all over the U.S. and Europe. Rezac continues as music director for the multi-award-winning podcast and, when he’s not recording in his studio by the tracks, is helping others enjoy the guitar, bass, ukulele, and banjo.

Tryin 2 Be An Angel features poignant lyrics that explore lost love and the struggle to stay true to oneself. The remastered version highlights the band’s tight musicianship and Rezac’s evocative vocals. The single is a testament to the power of collaboration and the art of storytelling through music.
