Who or what inspired you to start making music? And, when did you start?
It was just something that was in me since I could ever remember. I just started writing songs and singing whenever I could.
What is your favorite project or single you have released?
Without You was a fun single. I enjoyed filming the video which I did myself.

Jonathan McReynolds, Taylor Swift, and Queen Naija.
What’s the process behind working on a song like?
Really fun. I get a pad and pen and just start writing. It’s like solving a fun puzzle.
Tell me about your upcoming music and what inspired you to create it!
The Lover Girl EP dropped on September 5th. It’s a fun EP that comprises of six songs. The best way to describe the theme of the EP is if you were to enter six different rooms in my heart. The EP is a journey into what being lover girl is like to Valerie.
