Spell Jordan and SLVG Dropping The Crow

This Friday, Washington DC-based alternative rap artist Spell Jordan is releasing The Crow, the first single from his upcoming collaborative EP with producer SLVG, Movie Night. 

Spell Jordan has been getting a progressively bigger buzz since 2022 has started. His first national tour ended in February, with four stops across Washington, DC, Chicago, and Atlanta. His tour included performances from artists including 909Memphis, Nigo Chanel, Act Natural, REROCK., and many other amazing artists. The tour picked up at each stop, ending in a packed house at DC9 Nightclub. 

As his following grows, his numbers online have been rising. His 2018 collaborative single with Wavy Jone$, Fight!, has finally picked up steam, bringing in more streams week-over-week and getting close to 700,000 total streams. Spell Jordan’s Spotify monthly listeners have grown in under a month from 11,000 to 45,000 as fans fall in love with his aggressive and honest sound. On Fight!, Spell Jordan delivers loud and abrasive bars over a phonk and trap metal beat.

Spell Jordan is listening to his fans who want more music like this. He connected with Greek producer SLVG, known for consistently delivering beat tapes and singles and projects with phonk and trap metal artists. SLVG has created a unique sound that has been paying off for him—with more than 200,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alone. 

The pair will be releasing a 5 song EP titled Movie Night, featuring guest vocals from Maryland-based rapper REROCK., on May 6th, 2022.
