New Music: Spell Jordan – Runway

Earlier this month, Spell Jordan released his second single following his Underworld album, Margielas, to significant public response, racking in over 2,500 streams in its first two weeks on Spotify. On November 27th, Spell Jordan released the follow up single to Margielas, Runway, also produced by Erondrose, with co-production from BoyzFlow. 

“I’m on the run, she should be on the runway, I like to fight and I guess it goes both ways” Jordan sings on the emotional drill song’s hook. As Jordan continues to release music, his music has undoubtedly matured and evolved, with a more confident and professional sound to his more recent tracks. In addition to the single release, Runway was accompanied by a music video shot in Northwest Washington D.C. at the University of the District of Columbia. 

On Runway, Spell Jordan is in his comfort zone, finding a modern and catchy take on a typically aggressive style of hip hop.
