3 Hot Emo Rap Artists to Follow

James Colt

After its success on SoundCloud and within the underground community in 2017 thanks to the incredible music of artists such as Lil Peep, Lil Tracy, Wicca Phase Springs Eternal, Nothing, Nowhere, XXXTentacion, and many more, emo rap has grown from a niche subgenre into the mainstream – with artists like Lil Peep, Juice WRLD, The Kid Laroi, and others hitting the billboard charts with songs such as Star Shopping, Lucid Dreams, and Go! However, what comes with the success of a style of music is a great saturation of artists releasing similar music. While this gives fans more of the music they like, it grows harder and harder to find new talent you haven’t heard of. In this article, we’ll cover 3 emo rap artists you need to be paying attention to this year.
