New Single from Spell Jordan and Corey Slabs

Dog on a Skateboard

Bringing a new take on emo-rap and pop-rap, Washington D.C.-based recording artist Spell Jordan recruits Bakersfield-born artist Corey Slabs for the Cullen and Tilt produced, hyperpop influenced, anthem Dog on a Skateboard – available today on all streaming platforms. “Dog on a skateboard I’ve been learning new tricks … I’ve been on some manic anger, I’ve been on some bullshit, I’ve just gotta wait for my cue like a pool stick” Spell Jordan sings on the hook before Corey delivers his impeccable verse later in the song.

Spell has continued to release music with collaborators from across the globe with singles like In My Bag Pt. 2, featuring British artist Axelsson, SGM, featuring Canadian artist James Colt, Life’s a Trip featuring LA transplant Jackie Platinum, and In My City featuring fellow DMV native Ehzer have received praise from fans and new listeners alike.

Following up on his Underworld project released in late 2020, Spell Jordan has delivered single after single as he has continued to build his audience, work with other artists, and experiment with new styles. Earlier this month, Jordan teased a music video for In My City, directed by Miami, Florida-born, D.C.-based videographer Ben J. Allen.
