Posse Unit was founded in 2021 by Ben Hill to create unity and to make music in the midst of the pandemic. The UK-based songwriter Ben Hill has created Posse Unit with the help of social media and Fiverr, connecting with artists and producers from Argentina, Nigeria, Romania, and South Africa. They released Everybody Party, their first single, on May 2021, which made it straight to number 7 on the iTunes charts. On September 26, 2022, Posse Unit released their latest dance hit, Enjoy the Ride.
In only a month, the single has already been streamed more than 2,000 times on Spotify. Enjoy the Ride is one of many singles Posse Unit has been pushing out this year. When we spoke with Ben Hill earlier in the year in an interview, he told us to keep our eyes out for “Enjoy The Ride, Welcome To The Party, Oh, Yeah, and Your Heart Keeps Taking Me Over,” the last of which we haven’t heard yet.
Posse Unit is an electronic group you might not have heard of, but you definitely need to listen to them now.
