Please read the following policies regarding refunds, delivery, and cancellation of orders of digital services or merchandise placed on our website. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact DCR through our website or by email at contact@downersclub.com.

Refund Policy

For all digital services, orders are final. DCR does not offer refunds for orders placed under any circumstances. If you are unsure of the best package for you, please contact the DCR team prior to purchasing.

For merchandise, DCR will provide refunds to clothing items that do not arrive at the destination. We will only grant refunds after the shipping company marks the order as delivered or has an issue delivering the order. At that stage, if you have not received your order but the shipping process is complete, we will offer you a refund.

Delivery Policy

For digital services, your order will be processed within 1 business day of purchasing. You will be contacted by our client-facing email address, downersclub@gmail.com, and receive forms to complete to provide our team with the information needed to begin your services. Within 2 business days following the completion of the forms, you will receive a strategic plan that outlines what will be accomplished on a week by week basis.

For merchandise, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing time and manufacturing and 1-2 weeks for shipping and delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled at any time; however, DCR does not offer refunds.

Merchandise orders cannot be cancelled.
