Why was DCR founded?

The music industry is an industry rampant with scams and deceptive business practices. DCR aims to ensure any artist has the proper tools they need to succeed in the modern music industry. DCR was created to help artists of any level avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their growth, no matter where they are in their career or experience.

What are your clients’ top achievements?

We’ve helped our clients book their first national tour, sign their first deal with a label, generate over 4,000,000 streams on Spotify, land their song at #1 on Apple Music in their country, and chart at #2 on the iTunes Worldwide sales chart, among other achievements.

How can you estimate streams from your marketing packages?

The streaming estimates provided in our marketing packages are based on average performance from client marketing campaigns over the course of 3 years. Since advertising companies such as Google allows us to tell them how much we’re willing to spend to have someone watch your music video or listen to your song, we can ensure campaigns are cost-effective and remain relatively close to our estimates.

Will all streams be legit? Will any streams come from bots?

Our company was started to stop artists from spending money on shady marketing agencies that run bots to artists’ music so that they can keep taking their money when they see dramatic first-day results. Our advertising campaigns are run through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Spotify Ad Studio, meaning that we only target real Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify users, and will never bring you fake streams.

What happens after I sign up?

Within 24 hours of signing up you will receive an email from our team. We will ask for information from you to better understand you as an artist, band, or company, send you forms to fill out, and ask you to upload photos, videos, logos, your press kit, and more. After sending us everything we need to get started, we will spend 1 to 2 days creating an in-depth plan for the month that breaks down what we will accomplish on a week-to-week basis. We will then sync on the plan to ensure it is understood and to add anything you feel is missing. Then, we’ll hit the ground running. At the end of your plan, you’ll receive a report or reports depending on your plan breaking down what was accomplished and a plan for next month.

What information do you need from me to get started?

We will request all information after sign up. This will include links to your social media accounts, your music, access to Spotify and Apple Music for Artists dashboards, photos and videos of you, your EPK, where you want to perform, your goals for the campaign, and more.

Do you need to hear my music?

We do not need to hear your music before we work together. Music is a subjective experience and our personal tastes should not limit your ability to hire an experienced team to help you navigate the music industry more confidently and successfully.

How will I be able to communicate with the DCR team?

Depending on the level of services you sign up for, you will be able to communicate with the DCR team via email, phone, or Google Meet conference.
