San Antonio transplant Kavai is returning on August 18th with another incredible indie pop single titled “white chevrolet”. Mixing together elements of indie, pop, hip hop, dance, and alternative music, Kavai effortlessly pulls off catchy melodies and smooth harmonies across his eclectic discography. His next single, “white chevrolet” is no exception. This track tells a tale of chasing love and it’s something listeners of all ages can relate to.
The upcoming single follows up on a series of infectious drops. He put out the music video to “tidal wave” from the “colorado capsule” project, a new single “you should stay” that’s been well received online, 9 more singles, and the music video to “colorado” which has already surpassed 16,000 views. It’s safe to say he’s got a strong work ethic. He is talented and consistent, which is so important in making it in the music industry.
With comments online saying things like “How’s this guy not signed?” we find ourselves asking the same exact question. What we know for sure is he is here to stay, as his talent and personality are unmatched. If you’re in or near San Antonio, stay on the lookout for a potential concert coming to the area soon.
