It was during these open mics that George started performing Beatles’ covers which became so popular that they soon became the focus of his solo singer-songwriter live performances.

In the 1980s, George participated in the last night jam at the famous Cambridge Music Complex outside of Boston, the night before it was demolished. This music complex had previously hosted bands and members such as Boston, Aerosmith, The Cars, and The J. Geils Band. This experience heightened George’s interest in becoming a musician, and he performed in many venues and northeastern colleges.

George’s music has been reviewed by regional newspapers and international magazines, including Billboard’s Choice of the Week in the mid-90s alongside Radiohead and members of Led Zeppelin.
