Manje Khan Drops Backstabbing Ways

Manje-Khan

Move over mediocre rappers. Manje Khan is making his mark on the industry with his new single, Backstabbing Ways. Sounding halfway between Smino and Kendrick Lamar, Manje Khan describes his sound as a mix of hard hitting bars and soothing melodies. Backstabbing Ways feels like the sequel to his recent single, Sweetest Pie. While Sweetest Pie talks about the woman of Manje’s adoration positively, Backstabbing Ways takes a look at the hardship that comes with love. Relationships aren’t easy, and Manje Khan makes that clear on his new track.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, with roots in Nigeria, Manje Khan brings global influences to the table. Backstabbing Ways is just one of Manje’s many catchy releases. We’re also particularly fond of his hit single Splash! that he release in July, 2019. The song also received a well produced and edited music video that captures the vibe of the song perfectly. “My best single that is out has to be Splash! Years later, a potential sync placement, and 600,000 streams later it’s still a blessing how everything came together,” Manje Khan reflects in a recent interview with DCR.

Manje Khan is here to stay, and his new single Backstabbing Ways confirms this. It’s definitely one of his best songs, and if you like Smino and Kendrick Lamar, we’re sure you’ll dig Backstabbing Ways. Want more from Manje Khan?
