Even though it dropped last July, it’s something that we’ve been streaming on repeat since then when we’re in our feelings.
Sasha’s touching voice isn’t exclusive to #ForYou. Coming from a family where music is central to who they are, Sasha’s been singing her whole life, and her talent is evident in everything she releases. In an interview, she reflected “I come from a musical family. Growing up with my dad, who was also a singer, we would sing together daily when I was a young child. He inspired my love for Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Temptations, Stylistics, The Bee Gees, and many other quartet groups.”
