Born December 16, 2004, Ka$hdami, whose real name is David Wallace III, is a young star coming out of the DMV area. He originally relocated from Las Vegas at a young age. Kashdami got his first glimpse of young stardom in the underground scene when he started receiving co-signs from Pierre Bourne, Lil Tecca, Taz Taylor and many other key influencers and taste-makers of the new SoundCloud wave.
At only 16 years of age, Ka$hdami a.k.a. Kashdami has been able to amass over 20 Million streams across the board. He has received acclaim from Pitchfork, Pigeons and Planes, Lyrical Lemonade, and Genius among others. This is nothing less impressive.
His track “Kappin Up” has gone viral on TikTok, and his latest project “Epiphany” released June 2nd of 2021 has gained over 15 Million streams with his now biggest song to date “Reparations!” accumulating over 13 Million streams with features that include more young up and coming artists most notably SSGKobe and BabySantana, one can only imagine where Ka$hdami could go.
