Evvls is a young artist based out of Brooklyn, New York, known for their collaborations with benjicold, fuckcru, cyrus, lieu, yungkeeta, stoopidxool, and more. In this interview, Evvls shares a look into their life, what got them into making music, upcoming releases, and more.
Hey, thanks for chatting with us. Tell us a little about yourself. What is living in Brooklyn like?
Pretty laid back. I’ve got family and friends here, so overall it’s cool.
Who or what inspired you to start making music? And, when did you start?
I was in a PlayStation party and we were all freestyling, and people in the party thought I was hard. I started making music in March of this year.
What’s your favorite project or single you’ve made so far?
My favorite single will always be the one I dropped most recently, as of right now it is Jug!
What was the process behind creating and releasing your self produced single, fall?
I made it in FL studio and Discord with my friends, but didn’t know what to do with it for a month until a previous relationship ended.
Any upcoming releases from you to look out for?
Always! I’ve got stuff with Brentrambo and more with Stoopidxool coming out soon.
What are your plans for 2021?
Try to get my name more out there and improve!
