We caught up with Florida’s Razzie to talk about his love of rap and diverse music style.
Where are you from?
I’m Razzie, a hip hop/rap artist from Fort Pierce, FL, currently located in Miami, FL.
When did you start making music?
I started making music when I was 14 years old. But in the last couple years I’ve been taking it really seriously.
Who inspired you to start making music?
I’ve always been in love with Rap and Melodies. I grew up in a strict Christian household but when I found Rap I was amazed and wanted to do the same thing.
How would you describe your music style?
My music style is different at times. On some songs I have crazy energy and I’m spitting hard bars. On other tracks I like melodies and telling a story.
Who are you listening to now?
Right now no one. I want to focus on my own music and that’s all I want to hear.
What’s your best project or single so far?
My best song numbers wise in “Trapped In Ice”. My favorite song right now is the song I just released this late November called “Check Drop”
Any upcoming releases from you to look out for?
I just released “Check Drop” so that’s out. I’m currently shooting the video for it so look out for that.
