Hey! Introduce yourself. Where are you from?
My name is Alex George! However, I go by A. Genét on the stage! I am from Bessemer, AL.
When did you start making music?
I started making my own music about a year ago. However, I’ve been singing since I was three years old.
Who inspired you to start making music?
My father inspired me. He would tell me to pursue my dreams by any means necessary!
How would you describe your music style?
I would say it’s a R&B style.
Who are you listening to now?
I listen to Fantasia, Jill Scott, H.E.R, India Arie, Jasmine Sullivan, and Lalah Hathaway.
What’s your best project or single so far?
I only have one single out now. It’s called Pinch Me!
Any upcoming releases from you to look out for?
Yes. I am currently working on an EP and another single will follow.
